Returns

Not quite right? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

How to Return

Start a return from the Orders section of your account, or contact us with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit — your choice.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Let us know when you request your return and we’ll prioritise getting the right size out to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Earrings and other pierced accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
